Pinnacle Environmental, Inc. (PINNACLE) is an environmental services firm established in 1997 that is dedicated to providing prompt, accurate and reliable environmental and other assessment services for real estate transactions nationwide. PINNACLE’s assessors and engineers have extensive experience in their respective fields on a wide variety of properties in nearly every area of the United States. These projects have been performed for a large number of national/regional institutions, developers, attorneys, and investors. PINNACLE’S principals have extensive Federal, state and local experience performing environmental services in support of government facilities and public right-of-ways.

To help protect the financial interests of our clients, PINNACLE produces reports that are accurate, complete and easy to use; utilizing current technologies, trained professionals, and a proven quality assurance program. To promote these goals, PINNACLE fosters a crew of well-trained, efficient, and satisfied professional staff.
